e-KANBAN system with RFID technology is a modern solution supporting production and logistics management. Each container, pallet, or component is marked with an RFID tag (radio frequency chip) that stores information about the material. When a container is retrieved or emptied, an RFID antenna automatically records this and transmits the data to the IT system. This enables real-time monitoring of inventory levels and production demand – without manual data entry or paper cards. The e-KANBAN system eliminates delays, minimizes errors, and ensures the smooth replenishment of materials precisely when they are needed.

  1. Identifying and refilling an empty container
    See an empty container on the shelf → a signal that it needs to be refilled.
    Pull out the spare box of screws located behind the container and reload the contents.

2. Scanning an empty carton and automatically ordering it in CRM
Take the empty carton to the waste area and scan the RFID tag at the reader.
The system automatically records the shortage → generates an order in Eurobolt.

3. Receipt of delivery
Once you receive a new shipment, place the full boxes in the designated area on the shelf (at the back or next to
container used).
